2025 marks a new chapter for Lean Library. Over recent months, we’ve introduced a range of new developments, evolving Lean Library into the ultimate end-to-end research tool, supporting your users from discovering and accessing content, through to collaboration, referencing and writing. These developments put the library at the heart of every research journey.
Join us for this session as we walk through our most recent product updates and explore how Lean Library is helping libraries worldwide increase visibility, boost resource usage, streamline workflows and enhance the user experience, even in challenging economic times.
🔸 Lean Library Workspace
Lean Library Workspace expands its researcher support beyond discovery and access. With tools to save and manage references, collaborate on projects, and write with ease with the Google Docs and Microsoft Word add-ins, Lean Library Workspace supports users throughout the entire research journey—while bringing valuable insights back to your library.
🔸 One-Click to PDF
One-Click to PDF offers a streamlined way to download academic article PDFs in just one click—directly within the library’s discovery system, the library’s holdings, or via the Lean Library extension through Alternatives. This feature simplifies access, increases usage of library resources, and supports a more seamless research experience.
🔸Print Alternatives
Lean Library now goes beyond surfacing digital resources of journals and eBooks. Libraries can now showcase the library’s print book collections directly within their users’ online workflows. With the Lean Library browser extension, users can easily check if a physical copy of a book is available in their library’s holdings.
Whether you’re an existing Lean Library customer or exploring how our tools can support your goals, this session will offer practical insight into how our latest updates can help improve resource discoverability, drive usage, and strengthen engagement with your library.
Please note: If you cannot attend live, please still register and we will send out the recording after the webinar.
